I have much more confidence in a teacher who took a very long time learning; not because of dullness but because of the nature of the subject ( the Self) and its vast importance to selves. " let not many of you become teachers" ....." not a novice ( neophyte) lest he fall in the snare and condemnation" admonishes the New testent. This monk is a skilled spiritual surgeon.

Hi Swami, thank you for your content. While meditating, I had immense energy in my hips. I couldn't keep a straight face, I was groaning and laughing from this feeling. Any insights? It's happened twice now. I also notice vividly purple spheres and shapes in the centre of my closed vision when I get deep into it. Sometimes it feels as if there are people meditating around me, like others are physically in space around me. Sometimes the noises around me go rhythmic like a singing bowl. I'm just going to keep on this path, feels important.

I love you swamiji I think you are the winner in the life competition because you didn't seduce by damn money and you knowingly evaded many traps prepared for most of people. You live in balance and bliss and you don't ever feel disappointed or lonely you have a calm life something that is so rare in today's world. I hope to have friends like you but in Iran most of people are competing each other to gather more money

A little off-topic, but I thought I've heard Swami Tadatmananda talk about reincarnation, and so I was wondering.. any thoughts on Sadhguru's suggestion that if the body experiences 1008 cycles of the moon or 7 solar cycles (~84 years ), you will *NOT* be reborn as the karmic-bond to the earth is weak, making reincarnation difficult, and so with very little assistance you will achieve Mukti (Moksha or Nirvana) and not be reborn?!
