My ex is accusing me of this. However he forgets to say his drug use, and abuse is what’s keeping him from our son. I’m glad I stumbled upon this channel today, as he’s going to try to use alienation in court. He’s been diagnosed with NPD, so ofc he’s done nothing wrong. He didn’t see his neglect, and abuse while we were together as an issue bc I always picked up the slack. Now if a parent is alienating their child based off emotions, and not facts, that’s when it should be a criminal offense.

Parental Alienation is t a parent messing up or making a mistake, it’s a calculated attempt to turn the child against the other parent. The fact that it can’t be proven is why Judges should take it more seriously instead of saying it doesn’t exist. The harm that it is causing can be irreversible and last a lifetime.

My daughter was coached. She said she loved me and then said all these lies about me! She was also in his lawyers office . She said she wanted to spend more time at my home and then turned against me. The judge never asked her if she was coached.

Me too I always thought that women got custody I got no time except for every other weekend. She was 16 so she was of age to choose. She lied on the stand . His attorney had the court ordered counselor 's testimony

My x has caused a lot of pain to our family. My teenager is angry and doesn’t want to talk to him. I have made sure he knows it would not make me sad or mad if he reached out to dad. My x is trying to say I’m doing this. I have talked to two therapist and they have told me I shouldn’t make him see his dad and respect his feelings. He should have a relationship with his dad, I think if his boundaries and feelings are respected it will be easier for him to emotionally get to a space of forgiveness

My 12 year old daughter sent me a screenshot of something that said she could testify in court against me to say that she didn’t have to come to my house for my parenting time. I don’t want my daughters to hate me and they both told me they don’t want to come to my house anymore and their mom has basically left it up to them and I don’t have a say. If I try to force them then I’m the bad guy. I get blamed for not being around when they were younger because I had moved 2000 miles away so I couldn’t see them regularly. They resent my 2 younger kids because I have full custody of them and their mom makes me feel guilty like I abandoned my daughters. All I want is my daughters in my life but I have so much guilt now.

The court Believed ALL of his LIES. The Judge gave my NARCISSISTIC X husband FULL CUSTODY of my 3 Children because I was LATE picking them up a few times????!!!! OMG LOCK ME UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY! I Was am and Always will be a GREAT MOTHER!!!! I NEVER EVEN YELLED AT MY CHILDREN. I have seen judges give kids back to mother's that r Physically Abusive to their kids and are Drug Addicts???? They have them take a Parenting Class and go Into REHAB for a month and they give her the kids back??? I have Lost All Respect for the Court System. They gave my children to a VERY EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE PERSON WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE KIDS AT ALL!!!!! THE ONLY ONE HE CARES ABOUT IS HIMSELF!!! So my Children are SUFFERING!!!! FIRST of all THE COURT SYSTEM is NOT MAKING IT MANDATORY FOR THESE JUDGES TO become EDUCATED IN PARENTAL ALLIANATION!!! 2nd It is ALL ABOUT $$$$. The Only one who WINS r the Lawyers and The ONLY ONE THAT LOOSE R THE KIDS!!!!

What if your older children are witnessing the other parent sequestering a younger child and drilling the child with questions and obviously grooming them to hate me?

What about fact- not following court ordered visit, not allowing access to school records, not allowing access to medical records, encouraging child to use profanity, using emails to call me names, denying visitation for long distance video call which id court ordered.

So my ex accused me of abducting (taking my daughter to her MOPS group on our normal time) and stalking her. She's 2.5 so then he said he was going to hide her from me while he was at work and not allow me to be with her anymore.
