Remember that if the carry buys a spell shield, Singed’s W is able to proc it if you get the projectile to pass over the shield as it’s now coded to be a projectile. Rocketbelt can proc spell shields easier too.

Minus he doesn't. He doesn't do as well on wild rift because they did everything in their power to make singed be weak by buffing everything else. Everything on wr has too much dmg, the map is smaller ( which could work in his favour tbh) ON TOP OF THAT the hexrifts are horizontal so u can't proxy without getting caught + minions have more health. What they're doing to singed on WR is not okay but it's gonna be diabolical
