This clip should be watched by anyone who doubts Arteta or the current Arsenal team, it's a very good explanation and reminder of how Arteta changed the club for better in such a short time. A lot of ignorant people criticize them as bottlers for finishing second last season (and probably this season as well). But to jump from finishing 8th for two years in a row and before that 5th and 6th for several years, to second place (after the mighty City and Guardiola) in just 2 years (for probably 2 years in a row) it's no fluke and nothing to be sneered at.

He instead approached those games with immense patience and fast counter attacking football. If you guys have the time go and watch those games against city and chelsea in the fa cup, It was a different approach that Arteta took. What defines greatness is doing the best with the cards you're dealt with. He did not inherit a super team but he is making one. Arteta will definitely go down as one of the PL greats.
