The reason he had been so successful; is the reason you wouldn't want him to be a food critic. Those limited dishes he tries, are enjoyed by 90% of the country. The people that want him to try other dishes or say that he's too limited don't understand business. If you're trying to make the most impact in someone's business; you need to grab the biggest audience. Most people don't want to try new food they want good food they know. However, as a consumer, I prefer honest reviews before trying new places or making purchases. When I travel, I always check reviews first.
