I've been saying this for a long time and will continue to say it. Parents need to get more involved with their children and what they're doing, both online and off and they also need to actively participate in educating their children about the internet and the dangers it contains. The biggest problem at the moment, is how parents expect social media to babysit their children, kids as young as 2 or 3 already hold a cell phone in their hands unsupervised. Than when something happens, the parents cry and get angry at social media, because they expected social media to babysit their kids for them.

Suggestions and studies relating to projection of depicted media onto real world tendencies can also prove tie ins to other problems that are perceived as being caused by media such as violence, and so removing any and all p content would also necessitate and even rationalize the removal of violent or traumatic content such as shows and games depicting violence of any form to stop violence in any way. Heck, it could even go as far as removing real footage of violence in educational contexts, as it could "inspire" regardless. Lucid's made it quite clear that even the "open mouth" gesture teenagers do on ticktok can excite adults. You can make a kink out of everything, even if you full burqatize women if it even remotely accentuates a curve its going to induce lust. Do we ban children from doing anything if it so much as causes some weird dude's chub to get bigger? Do you realize that even if we went back to mud huts, that this problem of child exploitation would still exist? Even if we went back a hundred years, we'd still end up in an era where it was legal for under 15s to marry. The human condition is predisposed to finding someone post puberty to make a baby with. When our average lifespan was 30-40, there wasn't much consideration about the legality of age. Even if we remove technology out of the equation, it is within our fundamental natures as beings and sexuality that we go for anything post puberty to pre-menopausal age (it is a biological/psychological abnormality to be attracted to prepubescents) and unfortunately, fertility and geriatric births are extremely low when the person is aged younger, there is a biological justification (not my opinion, but an objective observation/fact that is of course, varies depending on the sexual tendencies of the individual) that we as a species may be predisposed to younger women as a way to produce the healthiest offspring. This is also a supporting factor as to why CP is prevalent in lesser developed cultures and countries, even with less tech and social media exposure individuals are still gunning young. Do you know what the actual, permanent solution to CP would be? It would be to alter our very makeup as human beings, or to override the way sex and various other attractions work completely. That, or completely isolate children born and control their activities to the point that they can't really do anything. There is no way that CP can reach the net zero or even under 40% mark with our current states of being human. All in all, being anti-porn is kinda like being anti-drug or anti-video game like it was a couple decades back. Radical proposed solutions that don't even work, and in the case of anti-video game claims, aren't backed by significant peer-reviewed studies and are actually disproven by later studies. I'm not defending CP if this argument suggests it, which it shouldn't. It just is outlining very obvious flaws in the psychological analysis and loopholes that may be found in similar (and also disproven) cases, the medium with which this problem spreads (internet) and the proposed solution alongside the ethical violations surrounding it (which if the solution goes through, will definitely extend to other things as dictators have proven so when they abuse their loopholes to gain certain powers). Only thing that I would agree could work against CP rise is education of children, but other then that existing methods of catching and preventing this stuff is the most optimal that we can do without sacrificing liberties, or our current genetic makeup and functions as a species.
