These two dosas you find it in Bangalore and Karnataka is amazing.. Try "Davanagere Benne Dosa (Davanagere is the place, benne is butter) and "Mulbagilu Dosa" a dosa from a place called Mulbagilu... For Kautuk try Empire for dosa with nonveg gravy.

Kautuk is right about the sweet fried buns... In coastal Karnataka we call it simply "buns", made with mashed bananas, flour, sugar and spiced with a touch of ground cumin which can be eaten by dipping in both kurma(bhaji) and chatni. My favourite and would recommend everyone to try atleast once.😋

Doner kebabs and kapsalon is the best junk food options available here in Netherlands! It's a dish invented by Turkish immigrant, it's french fries, shawarma/ falafel, some lettuce, garlic sauce and sambal sauce and topped with cheese.
