we tried the official servers as I wanted to see if they fixed their ping issues, but, nope, it is even unplayable at times. at least we found some nice mates and even nested ♥

@everyone! I just played almost an hour on EU 2 and had no ping issues anymore. seems like today's patch did it's job thx devs, I never doubted you

Yeah I noticed it seems to be fixed after that small patch, I tested two servers one at low ping (40 ping) the other at high ping (160 ping) both ran very smoothly, being Australian and I'm use to high ping nearly always but you don't get such bad stuttering as seen recently, something else was going on.. 3 things I noticed, my Performance (fps) was better, Clouds now act normally they don't speed across the sky any more, and Trees were removed from those large rocky mountains near Centre

@@smefour to remove trees seem to be their number one solution for a better performace anyway, I'm happy they fixed the ping issue

I personally like that there are no trees on those rocks, it always looked odd to me, and now I can perch my Petra up there and get a view without being hidden behind a bush :)@@da.mombie

thx mate ♥ honestly, there are many. yes, there are also weirdos, but still, I met so many lovely people already. our community is full of them and you see even more in my videos all the time. in day-z it was like one or two out of hundred. almost the same in ark. as a solo player you mostly got smashed by a clan or any other player who had a higher level in the game. in the isle it's more like 50/50. even if it feels different at some times. in general tho, I never met so many nice players in a PVP game before. I may have played the wrong games tho

I might have an explanation for the nest bug. So, I saw another clip from somebody, where their babies died after they destroyed the nest, even tho the babies were already born. It's very weird, the game thinks they are still in the egg, even though you see them outside of it.

yeah, honestly I played only about 2 hours? one and a half? I tried to find you southwest and southeast (not swamp tho). then I heard calls from the center and then northwest, where they told me you (or stig at least) had to log. I stayed about 30 mins with them and got pretty annoyed from the ping that day ^^ anyway, was nice to meet you and glad to hear our child is still alive

I'm not entirely sure what's currently wrong with the nesting. BUT i HAVE seen sometimes when i nest people in, even after i accept them their name is still on the egg in the invite screen and unfortunately it's a common bug i've seen every signle time i've nested. From what i've seen and my own experience: Basically if their name is still there on the egg in TAB after they've already hatched, there's a very high likelihood that they are bugged/attached to the nest, which means if the nest dies so does the names in it (sake, lenni), lenni bit the nest to death so sake and him died on the spot I've had experiences where my nest bugged and there were names that had already hatched still attached to the eggs in the screen and when i destroyed the nest to move locations with the kids, the names in the eggs died with it. IDK a fix to this sadly :( i think the only times the attached names didn't die was if they were already juvie/sub, AKA out of the hatchling phase? but i don't know if that's entirely accurate.

this vid is scary cos i had an awfully similar experience from the Omni's perspective while i was trying to grow an omni with same colours (i roamed with 1 large steg who was same colour while they were taking care of a lil 1 + i went on the same path shown). not gonna say it was me but that could not be closer to my experience 🤯🤯🤯 but this was a while ago

Apparently its the company that supplies and runs the servers for the Devs, they are in talks over it, some servers are a lot better than others in officials, its more than just ping, even with 200 ping you shouldn't get that much stuttering

thx for the info ♥ that is good to hear. still, this problem lasts for such a long time now. recently it go ridiculously bad, but, the fluctuating ping has been a problem for many months before already. just not THAT bad as at the moment. srsly, if this company (host) doesn't manage to fix it within such a long time, then they should probably find another host. even g-portal offers better servers.
