"Free Palestine" is one of the dumbest sayings out there. The Palestinian Arabs were offered an independent nation in 1937's Peel Commission, UNGA 181 in 1947, they answered with the "Three No's of Khartoum," in 1967, in 2000 and 2001 they rejected the Clinton Parameters officially once, and then a second time. In 2008, they rejected the Olmert offer. With each and every offer, they rejected a completely free state of their own in favor of continuing the ethnic war that they launched against the Jews, well before the first offer. And, Israel accepted a "free Paelstine" and a "two state solution" in 1947, 1967, 2000, 2001 and 2008. So, it's the Palestinians who reject a "free Palestine," but anti-Semites act as though it's Israel who prevents it.

Jordan named it the West Bank when they captured in from Israel in 1948. The real name is Judea and Samaria which was ancient Israel, called Palestine (Latin) by the Greeks (Philistines) and the Romans. Palestine is not or ever was a Arab name. It was captured BACK by Israel in 1967. Suddenly it became "occupied" when in fact the League Of Nations (1921) and the UN (1948) at these time called it a part of Israel. Occupied no, disputed yes.

ADL burned a lot of bridges 10, 20, and 30 years ago, by abuse of the Lanham Act to attack pagan, Catholic, atheist/secular, and other groups promoting civil rights and opposing religious defamation or discrimination. Any group promoting the concept of anti-discrimination or anti-defamation lobbying or litigation got lawyer threats and was turned into a victim and enemy of ADL, rather than treated as an ally interested in supporting Judaism related civil rights, as part of a big tent.
