Gavin Newsom is a great communicator. But the message of "Look at what I did to California. I can do that for America." is a non-starter. Folks are leaving California in droves; businesses and anyone with the dollars to try it. As president, we'd have to leave the country. Please. Just say no to Newsom.

Why didn’t the host ask Luntz who he is voting for in November? Considering the facts, that he mentioned, he should be voting for Biden too!

Luntz is 100% right about Biden's age and instinct on Biden are correct. Also agree with his criticism on Democrats acting anti Democratic against RFK and other Democratic primary challengers. He kind of shits the bed by simping for Reagan though and kind of tells me all about his politics. You like Reagan's policy . . . . the guy who FURTHER deregulated airlines? Have you seen the news on Boeing lately? Went after the union workers who opposed it? Complaining about the cost of California, while owning a home here and having another place in Nevada. Dude is clearly well off, so to hear him bitch about the "costs" of California, when there's people here who are full time workers and can't even get an apartment right now . . . . Talk about a being a bit detached from the average person.

I really like Frank Luntz but his opinion on Gavin Newsom really surprises me and now makes me wonder how much he has really talked to the people living in California, especially those who have lived there for a long time. I think Mr. Trump is truly too inexperienced, shows a real lack of character and judgment to be President and most of all, has no idea how to win people over who don't agree with him, but the Only person that would actually compel me to vote for him is Gavin Newsom, if he ran against Donald Trump. I so agree with the viewer below about his absolutely destroying California. I grew up there and it was a wonderful state. It wasn't perfect but did not have nearly the incredible problems it has now. My sister remained and she tells me what it's like living there now under someone who either seems to have no clue about the impact of his administration's sometimes insane policies or says he understands and fails to address the problems. It is as if they try to punish the middle class who try to go out in the world and work for a living or try to run a smaller business; those who pay their (really high) taxes and support the government and so much of the money is utterly wasted. They didn't try to recall him for nothing.
