In a weird way this is a mix of hilarious and heartwarming. By the end even I would be keeping up the charade just because of all the compassion the theater staff had for him. It’s heartwarming to see how they treat someone who they believe to have a physical disability. And it would be heartbreaking for all parties involved if the truth were to come out.

I've recently become disabled due to a car wreck and a teenage girl texting and driving but my favorite thing now is replying to someone asking me, "how are you doing" and being able to reply back "I'm disabled." 😂 life happens and you gotta make the best of it.

Season 1 was fun. But this episode is what solidified in my mind just how brilliant the writers are. Not a single setup goes to waste in this episode. I'm also _SO_ glad that when I rewatched it I had completely forgotten about that bit with Moss after this, when Roy goes back to meet the cast. Busted a gut laughing at it.

I'm actually disabled, since recently. Last weekend I was trying to use the disabled toilet on a petrol station, but it was occupied for quite some time. Eventually, a gas station clerk exited the toilet, and informed a guy that wasn't actually disabled used the toilet, and pressed the 'Emergency' button by accident. Made me think of this scene and it made my day.

this episode is one of my top favorites along with the Haunting of Bill Krause. i’m at the moment, watching this scene. something stuck out that i hadn’t noticed before. the manager tells the employees to continue trying to get in the bathroom. after Roy had been carried out and sitting in the hall, the manager brings the wheelchair. i have a question. why would the manager keep a wheelchair in case of emergencies but doesn’t keep a key to the disabled bathroom in case someone is ACTUALLY having an emergency?
