Guys...great video! Really enjoyed the format (interviews, tasting notes, shots of the vineyards and surrounding areas, the narration and not to mention the food shots). Very informative. I've been getting into Italian wine lately and now going to kick it up a notch. Looking forward to more vids. Keep up the great work. Salud!!

Wow!!! Dying to do a tour of Tuscany and piedmont but looks like this is going to complicate things after this video, big fan of Salice Salentino and now I’m more Curious than ever especially with quality of Puglia wines improving rapidly.

Toscana and Piemonte are stellar in their own right! But there is a reason that Puglia sees more and more visitors every year.

I hope we see more and more Negroamaro. I was lucky enough to work with it at my previous job. It's not easy to get right in the vineyard though

In Australia??? We know there are some plantings down there. What makes it hard in the vineyard?
@simonmcmillan57235 жыл бұрын
@@drmatthewhorkey Yes - at the time there were only 4 or 5 plantings over here. It was a new grafting so vine balance was an issue. A very heavy crop with a small canopy. The big heavy bunches can be susceptible to disease if grown in high rainfall areas
