It's a nice 4k set of The Italian Job (great film too) but I like your 50th anniversary edition the most that's got some nice extra's with that definitely worth it.

I'm fine with the American 4K from Kino Lorber, that transfer is really good and I have a feeling the Paramount 4K transfer might be bad.
