That's a good thing. Rush To Judgment was written by Mark Lane. Mark was hated by the Kennedys because they said he tried to make money off a conspiracy that didn't exist. In fact, Jim Jones from Jonestown hired Mark Lane in 1978 to make up a conspiracy.

A “treat”? What’s with all the smiles? This is a discussion of one of the most tragic, violent episodes of American history. It also represents one of the most controversial episodes of American history because it has spawned so many conspiracy theories. Was the assassination the act of a deranged lonely man looking for twisted fame or did it involve the Mafia and/or the CIA and/or Castro? What was the role of the FBI and the Warren Commission? This is serious business and somber business. The laughter and the high fives of the introduction are an embarrassment.

Addressing the entire world on live TV, does Oswald go berserk, desperately jumping up and down, waving his arms and tearfully screaming his innocence? No. Does he express one iota of horror or sympathy for the victims? No. Does he beg protection for his family, hence making them untouchable? No. Does he make the slightest attempt to spill what he knows or suspects about a conspiracy, thus making himself untouchable? No. Does he restrict himself to rather passively rambling about generic "legal assistance" and complain the cop he tried to shoot had the nerve to hit him while disarming him? Yes.

It was preplanned, Jim Levellel was to dress in a light colored suite & light hat. He was to appear at the window of the jail where he could be seen by Ruby from the Western Union office. Ruby would then walk to a private entrances used only by cops to be let in by the cops, LHO's transfer was delayed on purpose by claiming a postal inspector wanted to question him about the mail order gun purchase. If you watch the clip the police detective dressed in the light suit on seeing Ruby in place moves to his right fully exposing LHO for the kill shot. The final plan was to overturn Ruby's guilty verdict & have him killed before the retrial. Ruby though witnessed by millions killing LHO in cold blood would die an innocent man, yet LHO whom nobody had seen kill J D. Tippet or JFK & would have been found "not guilty" had he stood trial, is named as the assassin of JFK on a plaque in Dealey Plaza. The real criminals who planned, executed & covered up the coup-d 'etat will never be brought to justice & America will live in infamy.

He also said that he killed Oswald out of concern for Jackie Kennedy not having to go through the trial for Oswald and upsetting her!! YEAH BULLSH!T!!! He not only killed John F. Kennedy, but killed Oswald, who by the way WAS the ONLY innocent party out of all of them, and not only killed no one, but not even had shot at anyone whatsoever! He WAS a patsy!!! Ruby got exactly what he deserved in the end, and will also be judged by The Most High for all of the deception, lies, corruption & murders he had accomplished! a glad-hander and club owner met and knew a lot of people including about half the Dallas PD who visited his club. As a strip club, of course there are going to be mob figures that go there, so are construction workers and plumbers. There is no documentation that any mob figure or policeman plotted with Ruby. The FBI had Marcello's hideout bugged from '58 to '65 and never once picked up anything about Ruby, who was from Chicago. He was a wanna-be that the mob could care less about. The same with the KGB files released after the collapse of the USSR. The KGB didn't want anything from Oswald in Russia because the Atsugi intelligence he offered the KGB was outdated and they thought he was a nut. They knew he wasn't a CIA plant because he was a wanna-be (like Ruby) and suspected that the CIA would have used a much better quality agent. Oswald then proceeded to slash his wrist and commit suicide. Nice stable person that the CIA or mob would use in a conspiratorial murder, right?

Party, I agree with much of your rant. However, technically Ruby died NOT CONVICTED. The first trial decision was thrown out/overturned. Then as they decided on a second trial date, Ruby died. Clearly he knew more about criminal law than anyone in the entire building. These were the days before Miranda, as he said, and a lawyer wouldn't have much to do until after an indictment unless the accused wanted to make a deal. It would have been fine to wait a week. Oswald probably didn't expect to be charged. he would have known he wasn't the only one brought in for questioning.

I dont get it at all. They automatically assume Lee Oswald was guilty. What happened to being innocent until proved guilty? They keep referring to Lee Oswald in negative terms as if he had the worst police record in the world. He had one thing, just an arrest for a breach of the peace where he was the only one that was physically touched. They then make out Ruby was just a jovial fellow that they thought was harmless. He had a police record for violence and carrying concealed weapons. He was a known gunrunner and many other things. This is exactly the ridiculous presentation of characters that the mainstream media has been guilty of since 1963.

That said, if you listened to these scumbags, esp. the alleged corrupt Judge's "kids" he was opinionated and the "kid" trying to save their family's reputation, in my opinion, does the opposite and shows the inner dealings of how a bias judge can cause trouble. Sorry cops but this happens a lot when you have untrained people acting like know it alls. This is proof of why you can never - ever, just trust the police or lawyers. This cocky guy from the Bar Association making this a joke after all these years gives excellent insight how lawyers are rarely reliable and how rules are taken for granted - the rules rarely apply to them unless they embezzle or commit a felony - Dallas is as corrupt as the murder in Las Vegas and we have all had enough - I wish these half wits would have been punished for their negligence and Oswald's family should have sued the police for negligent security - where was the ACLU on that? It seems I read that one of Ruby's lawyers want to go for a defense that he was acting out of a sense of patriotic rage. After all, who'd sentence a man to death for killing a Communist? He may have only gotten 5 years in prison, but he died January 3, 1967, a little over 3 years after shooting Oswald, so he may not have gotten out of the joint alive, anyway.

While in custody Ruby admitted it was a conspiracy, Ruby was seen by Mary Lawrence a restaurant waitress around midnight 21st-22nd with LEE. It was preplanned, Jim Levellel was to dress in a light colored suite & light hat. He was to appear at the window of the jail where he could be seen by Ruby from the Western Union office. Ruby would then walk to private entrances used only by cops to be let in by the cops, LHO's transfer was delayed on purpose by claiming a postal inspector wanted to question him about the mail order gun purchase.

It's true that having a certain lawyer can make the difference in whether you're convicted or acquitted. In Ruby's case, Belli was absolutely the worst choice of a lawyer Ruby made. Belli was condescending and arrogant as hell to that jury. He floated the craziest defense any attorney could ever imagine. He was a hoity-toity fancy pants lawyer from San Francisco who wore Italian suits and goofy looking shoes. He was the LAST lawyer any defendant would want representing him before a Texas jury. If Ruby wanted to "win" this trial (in this case, a "win" is defined as not receiving the death penalty), his dream team would have been Percy Foreman, Charles Tessmer and Phil Burleson (all accomplished Texas lawyers who knew Texas juries). Belli hurt Ruby's case more than he helped it.

She knew no such thing. Kilgallen had exchanges with Ruby in court where he could have stepped forward and made any public statement he wanted to. Her reporting was going to be just one chapter of a much larger book on trials she had covered that she wasn't planning on publishing for months, hardly an urgent expose. Likewise, if she possessed any information that was going to blow any conspiracy, she sure was in no hurry to do anything about it, nor did she ever once indicate she knew anything that might put her in danger, even appearing on her regular game show gig apparently without a care in the world. Kilgallen was hardly less high-profile a person than Kennedy himself; "rubbing her out" would be another murder, requiring more murderers, dragging in more witnesses, more publicity, more investigation and presumably requiring that the conspiracy approaches and recruits the NYPD and its Medical Examiner and persuading them to make themselves accessories to murder. Oh, and oddly enough, nobody ever killed Ruby, or his attorneys, etc.

She never went to bed this way. She had enough drugs in her to kill a elephant. Is sad neo-confederate, conservative people believe the satanic lie of the Warren Commission. That's the only conspiracy theory. It's was impossible for many reasons, Oswald didn't kill JFK. The reason the US is a crumbling empire today is the results of the coup de' tat against JFK. The reason we are still talking about the assassination of JFK, RFK, MLK ect. They were a threat to the 1% ruling class. America kills its greatest political prophets. Abraham Lincoln had to murderd. That's another story. They tried to kill TR twice. The corporate oligarchs planned a coup against FDR Prescott Bush was the ring leader. Thank God General Smedley Butler exposed their plan. To believe the Warren Commission conspiracy of one shooter with a cheap inaccurate gun, and a magic wifi bullet, is scientifically impossible. Two women that worked with Oswald were with him, during the full duration of the assassination. They gave sworn statements to the Dallas PD. They were never called by the WC. Warren Commission conspiracy nuts have a reprobate mind on the subject. JFK"s body never, ever should of left that hospital or the state of Texas. One thing Meatloaf said many times during his life, and on his death bed. He witnessed the secret service washing the Ford Lincoln out with a hose at Parkland. The actual Ford Lincoln JFK was murderd in immediately left Texas and was sent to the Ford River Rouge plant. My uncle worked their. He was eyewitness of the secret service over seeing the dismantling and destruction of the car. The first thing was to smash the front windshield into a million pieces. If you read history, Aushot, you'll find plenty of weird twists in history. The entire slaughter of World War I began with the assassination of the Austro-Hungarian successor to the crown, Archduke Franz Ferdinand, in Sarajevo. The Serbian assassination squad had about ten members lined up on the Duke's route to the palace for a scheduled lunch. All of the assassins chickened out as the Duke passed them in an open carriage except for one guy who threw a bomb. Didn't hurt the duke but did injure bodyguards in the following car. Everyone had told Franz Ferdinand not to go to Sarajevo because it filled with angry Slavs chafing under Austrian rule. Today, security would've hustled the target out of town as soon as possible, but the archduke insisted on continuing with the lunch. He wanted to visit the wounded after the lunch, but his driver never got the word and so drove back over the same route where the bomb exploded. Gavril Princip, one of the assassins, I think just 19 years old, was sobbing in the street over his own cowardice when he was amazed to see the duke coming towards him in the open carriage and ran to it, shooting the archduke and his wife at point blank range, killing both. Was the driver part of the conspiracy? Or just an idiot who forgot about the change ini route or never got it. Was the cop who let Ruby in part of a conspiracy, or just a boob. It's Occam's razor. The simplest answer is usually the right answer. Just dumb human mistakes.

(never done before) 2)Why wasn't the brain included in the Autopsy? 3) Why after 60 years, did they hold back thousands of CIA documents? 4) Why out of the 20 photographs of Oswald in Mexico City at the Russian and Cuban Embassies, is there not one single photo of the actual Oswald? 5) Why with the dozens of Witnesses who conflicted with the Warren Report, were they not included in the Warren "Investigation"? 6) Why did the "forensic Pathologists" burn their notes after the Autopsy? 7) Why were there 2 Oswald wallets in the Tippit Murder with Oswald's Identification? 8) Why did they have to tell witnesses the names of the people in the Oswald lineup? 9) Why did the original photos of the Sniper's nest include only two hulls and one unfired bullet? (taken by Officer Day and also the FBI) 10) Why are there so many bullets, bullet holes, and wounds when only 2 bullets hit their mark? I could go on and on about the minutiae of this case including dozens of witnesses, and reams of evidence, who were far more credible than any provided by the Warren Apologists, but why bother? You cannot debate them anyway. You can only offer name-calling or cite some other apologist who says there is nothing suspicious about a bullet that makes 7 wounds and looks brand new that now has, not one but 2 Secret Service agents claiming that it was they who placed it on the stretcher.
