The Jedi Master Baetis

Tying the Jedi Master, a new Baetis pattern to imitate the smaller Baetis nymphs that are usually found in the Colorado tailwaters.
Hook: Daiichi 1110 Straigt Eye Hook, TMC 101, Daiichi 1640
Thread: Color of choice
Tail: Color to match body.
Body: Hopper Juan's Clear Slim Rib
Thorax: Thread
Wingcase: Med. Black Holographic Tinsel
Legs: Single Strand of MFC Midge Body Thread, Doubled over, Black
Resin: Loon Thin UV Resin

Can you use micro tubing on this fly for the body ??

Justin Peters you can use it in the larger sizes (16-18) however in the smaller sizes the micro tubing is too large. Slim Rib is the way to go.
