This 6.1 Hemi has to be underrated. A stock 2018 SRT Jeep runs about the same, but has 70 (reported) HP more. The 18' also has a Slick 8 speed...

Yeah, for sure! These 6.1 are stout! I just posted a 6.4 Jeep wrangler, very sketchy, but very fun lol. 😂

You get to have all the fun 😎👍 I had a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer SS with a LS2 Corvette engine. I was going to supercharge it but things fell apart and I had to sell it. It was 42k MSRP too, but I got a great deal because a friend of mine owned a Chevy dealership. One of the best vehicles I ever owned. AWD, leather interior, navigation (big deal back then). This Jeep review brought back a lot of memories. 😃👍

Yeah, this one was definitely a lot of fun! Oh wow, that’s really cool! I’ve never driven a TBSS but have always thought those and the similar year Silverado SS were pretty neat! I’m glad it brought back some memories. 😀

Is 126k miles a lot to these SRTs? I’m looking at an 07 for $15,500
@AutomotiveAnonymous20810 ай бұрын
I’m not sure, I would check out the forums and ask that question on what to look out for. I would imagine the engine is likely good if maintained. But I don’t know how the transmissions and all accessories off the engine hold up. Best of luck! 🙂

I’m looking to purchase one of these, just wanted to know how do these perform if you upgrade around 550-600 hp? Also what’s a good price range stock with about 30k to 40k miles?

Those are questions I would ask on an SRT8 Jeep forum! These and the 6.4’s are very fun rides. 🤩

I have a 610hp 07 the car performs fine I don’t daily it tho just keep up with maintenance which isn’t cheap also parts for these cars are pretty rare and if you’re looking for a low mileage one that’s stock good luck but if you do find one the range I’ve seen is low $30s-high $30s I got mine for $22K with 90K miles and it wasn’t stock

Nice! What’s done to it? For the elevation where I tested this one I was surprised at how well it ran. Usually big V8 cars are at least a second slower than magazine rated, but the AWD launch definitely helps.

@@Calixbean1999I daily mine in Cali everyday I waste about $10-20 every day to make sure I make it to work and back home without stopping to fill, full tank is about 80-100 depending where I fill up. Picked up a 07 for 13k with 110k miles. Debating on trading for a Tesla 😭

I just got mine 2 weeks ago been at the gas station maybe 5 times to fill up. But I’ve been enjoying it and getting on it. Babied it this week and a full tank lasted me a week of work. I drive 30 miles to go and come back. From work 15 in LA traffic and 15 at night but cruising at 65-70mph averaged 12.5 mpg. Hope it helps. Also I’ve seen some ported and with an intake and throttle body averaging a bit more mpg some up to 15mpg
