You can keep your Trackhawks, 392’s and Hellcat Durangos. I’ve been in love with this thing since I was 20 years old. It was perfect from the boxy styling to that massive V8 under the hood. The closest I’ve gotten is my 5.7 2012 Charger. This is classic muscle.

Doug, that horn on the SRT8 is broken. It’s actually a dual-tone horn like the other Grand Cherokee and Chrysler models, but the low tone has failed and the high-tone is failing soon
@sharedknowledge6640

No surprise as things often break on Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram vehicles quicker than they can be repaired. Losing a horn is minor compared to all the expensive things that regularly break on these pieces of junk.

Decent review. No mention of All Wheel Drive, which besides the engine is the highlight of the car, and why it beats the SRT-8 Charger, 300, and Challenger 0-60 on the street any day rain or shine. Also, I think the interior is nice, and is 100 times better than anything made in the 90's (like my Full Size Bronco). Second thought: the interior quality is completely adequate, and probably what we should have. I'd certainly take this interior instead of the $20,000 price premium for the albeit nicer interior in the new Grand Cherokee. My home furniture isn't as nice as the stuff in new cars.

No electrical issues, no engine issues, no transmission issues, not even any cosmetic issues or costly wear & tear. Keep the transmission fluid/filters changed on interval (usually something like every 50k) and the transmission will actually last. If that has the 545/45RFE transmission, they're practically bulletproof when maintained and not abused. People like to do the old "transmission fails" complaint on many vehicles but I rarely see the fluid changed on them regularly.

I owned one of these from ‘08 - 2013 and just a couple of comments. First I loved it. Second the horn definitely didn’t sound like that. Also I removed the antenna on mine and the radio still worked fine. Finally the interior looks severely dated now, but it was more than acceptable for its era, especially given its performance.
