@@sashalvy Originally, she wasn't. I remember having to buy her the first time I played this much closer to its release. Dude has probably been playing long enough to get a bit hazy on those things. It's not like most people switch systems often enough to notice those details unless they're paying attention to every bit of community news. I was stoked to switch to PC about 7 months ago and see she was available from the get-go. Not that I use her a lot, but more killers to use without days of grinding shards or dropping five bucks is always welcome.

I feel like with the trickster you have to keep a steady pace of aim with him in comparison to the huntress. He seems like he has an abundance of knives however those can immediately be wasted if you don’t hit clear shots, then you have to retreat to a locker. Unlike huntress where if you miss a hatchet it’s not the end of the world (unless you have iri head) Let’s not forget how the arc of the knives change depending on which arm the trickster is throwing the knives with. Newer players will be forced to learn the way the knives work. Personally I think huntress is a little more merciful when it comes to newer players as her mechanics at lower mmr is powerful and easy to understand.

Trickster is like a weird, exotic cocktail that has inquired tastes/amber moon (whirshishier, 1 whole egg, tabasco, salt, and rum), while huntress is like a simple coke and rum, more straight forward to make

Lullaby can be fun to work with though, effective if paired with Doctor, Unnerving, Distressing, and Overcharge. ... If it's not popped in seconds of the match starting. The checks are small, come from both directions, your terror radius is huge to apply it better, and a kick makes sure that check is there to welcome them back.

1 you have to keep your aim on them for a long time consistently. Hit more then 6 knifes back to back giving survivors time to think unlike huntress where it’s the wind up and done. Two the survivors have way more counterplay with trickster. His perks are unique. Shitty killer but an interesting power and idea for the game.

The one use for territorial imperative Demogorgon/mint-rag Hag with make your choise put a portal on top of the basement, warp to the portal when territorial imperative activates and you have 2 survivors stuck in the basement while you're on top of the basement. Make your choise is the cherry on top.

Huntress is one of those killers like Myers that playing against is a 50/50. You either get a decent match where good mindgames save you but they're competent enough to catch you off-guard enough of the time, or you get some dickhead using addons that turn them into an insta-killing machine, sometimes literally in Mikey's case. Playing her (on console) it its own sort of nightmare, and I say that as someone who has Deathslinger in their top 3 favorites, but I've found that moving her rather than moving my camera is typically the best way to line up certain shots which has helped a bit. As for perks, oh gosh her uniques are badddd. Huntress' Lullaby is really fun if you manage to get it going, but you kinda have to get it going and survivors of any competent skill level are not going to let that shit fly once they catch on, since while it isn't a fatal effect, it *is* annoying, and if there's anything survivors hate more than getting killed it is getting inconvenienced.

hi, im a huntress main for quite a few time by now, and im here to help with any questions you people have. i disagree with a few things rowby said in the video , but im not doing a extensive commentary, so i will be giving my opnion when responding people. to start with i want to give my perk's suggestions: for a begginer i would recommend you use corrupt intervention lethal pursuer (or discordance, depending in what you have but lethal is better) iron maiden bitter murmur. I use this build a lot when i started to play huntress and it help me to understand the game as a killer in general and help me to understand how to play huntress, corrupt to prevent the gens to get done fast because the start of a match is the principal game phase for a huntress (and it also make discordance procs more because the options of gens for doing is reduced), and also does lethal, it will make you know what gens to pressure based on what side survivals are going; iron maiden to get hatchets faster, because as a noob you will miss a lot of hatchets and realoading it faster means that you will be throwing more hatchets and this is what you need to get better shots, pratice; and the last but not least bitter murmur, to help you know the side the survivals will be going, because they already did the gen you should be pressuring and the aura reading can take you to hit some snipes and pratice long shots. for a advanced player i recommend: Barbecue and chilli bitter murmur no way out and the fourt perk leads you to a lot of options, like iron maiden, corrupt, lethal or anything you fells confortable with. barbecue lead you to a lot of snipes if you're already good at throwing hatchets and lead you to the next survival you will be chasing after hook someone, and if you are running iron maiden they cant escape of the aura reading or else they will scream and reveal their location; bitter murmur for the same sniping factor and tells you the next generator the survival will be going; no way out works for me because i do not use any anti generator perk and it means a lot of my games go to the end phase, and no way out tells me what gate to pressure and give me time to find the last survival or hook atleast 1 of them. this build give me a 52 games win streak and im a PC player if youre wondering :) (as the fourt perk i use discordance to lead me to even more snipes, a personal choice), sorry for my bad english.

The basement perk is useable on demo. Not good, but usable. Just have a portal at the basement and when you get the notification just tp. Make your choice too so you always have someone down there

Territorial is actually very usuable on Demogorgon with Make Your Choice and Devour Hope. Hook someone in basement then tunnel away, wait for territorial to activate the tunnel back. You get a devour stack and an instadown from Make Your Choice. It can create a really fast snowball and lead to a stupid fast way to gain Devour Stacks.

Regarding territorial imperative, it actually works a lot better on Demo, making an entire build around camping survivors in the basement while preventing escapes. It's a niche build, but it's a lot more effective than it would be on Bubba.

TBH, Huntress's Lullaby makes skill checks easier for me - the M1/Space just feels more fluid when there's not a latency-driven delay between sound and motion when I'm playing against the moonmen in this game.
