15:38 "Explain." Explanation: In the original draft, the Great Gazoo was supposed to show up and send the Flintstones back in time with his powers. However, the executives at H-B found out that people hated the Great Gazoo, so he was written out of the special entirely.

In 1965-66, The Great Gazoo (voiced by the Great Harvey Korman) sent the gang into the future (2065 AD). Funny thing, is not only Don Messick from Jetsons, and sometimes Flintstones, and all of the previous earlier Hb shows guesting, but the actress then (in Hanna-Barbera cartoons, anyway) primarily known asa voice, only as Judy Jetson, Janet Waldo, plays a typical teen girl, a la Judy, , dancing with a (presumed) Don Messick-voice renage "space" boy at a discotheque when the Flintstones and the Rubbles were there, trying to dance...at the end the Gazoo returns them. "The Long, Long, Long Weekend"(Mr.Slate's descendant, sounding, and voiced just like Mr.Slate by John Stephenson, also makes an appearnace.) VERY Jetsons-like!
