Shizuka's parent's aren't missing. She made them invisible. I also think Joseph was fucking with people by acting old and frail after being caught with an illegitimate child. I find it hard for a man who had a reputation as a trickster to not use it to his advantage. I imagine Joseph or Suzie Q would eventually hand her over to the Speedwagon foundation instead of taking care of her themselves, finding her a permanent home with stand users. Since she's young enough, she wouldn't know any different. You know Tomoko would take care of a child if Joseph asked her to.

To be fair, they're mentioned more than Shizuka ever is - especially the first one. I don't know why he's considered the forgot Joestar, I think people talk about him being a Joestar more than Lisa Lisa, and she's adopted and at least a badass, if nothing else. George is mentioned for being the father of Jonathan and the one who adopted Dio - the start of it all. George II is at least mentioned in passing, particularly when talking about Joseph's parentage, while very few people every mentioned Shizuka at all for ANY reason.

Well it doesn’t say that Lisa Lisa dies, that’s because she’s still alive during part 3. So it might not be for all of Shizuka’s life, but if Joseph took up hamon again then he would still be around for most of it. And, Araki has confirmed that Joseph is still alive during Stone Ocean, so that just helps my case.

I think the part would start with an 16 year old Shizuka talking to a very old and dying Joseph in a hospital bed, with Suzie Q already dead, and she would be told after Joseph’s passing that her older brother, Josuke, would be moving into the Joestar household to take care of her. There would be a tension between the two, with Josuke trying to relate to Shizuka, but struggling to since he only knew her as a baby, and Shizuka would despise Josuke for everything he stood for in her mind, aka the bad parts of her sweet and caring old father. Their relationship would be super interesting, and the main villain could be a grieving and older Holly Kujo, who’s dormant stand has finally overtaken her and turns her evil.

I say this as someone who has not actually watched or read the series, so I don't REALLY know what kind of stuff would fit or not. So have the fake birthmark tattoo arc, but also have a more typical arc with an antagonist. Near the end of her part after the birthmark is revealed to be fake, she has the tattoo modified, adding extra marks to it or something, as a way of accepting that she may not be of the Joestar bloodline, but she is still Joseph Joestar's child and awesome in her own way. And the final battle starts with her taking off the bandages or a jacket covering her newly-done work and revealing her own mark.

My guess is upon growing, shizuka’s stand would allow her to make pockets of hypothetical, by making things invisible, making them rely on the quantum rule of observation: until an object is observed, it is impossible to determine the state of the entity. Sorta like if she made a cat hypothetical she could control the output of when she removed the hypotheticality, say, making things inobservable and guiding the output of when they are observed again could make a cat that was dead alive again, or make a wall feel like it was scalding hot

TrulyRogue if he had Dio's blood (which came from Joseph himself), would he burn up and disintegrate in the sun when they exposed Jonathon's body to sunlight? I think he would be fine, I think we all know it was to Hamon keeping him alive, just look him. Buff af even as an old man.

You have a point there, so I'm not completely sure. But let's be honest though... Dio just dropped blood into Vanilla Ice's wounds and he turned into a vampire, while Joseph literally got blood transferred from Dio. I have no clue.
