Adam Owens In design, sure (especially considering Midler's portraits in the fighting game are based off of Yukako.) But not in personality. Midler is murderous and mocking, and she has an effective command of her stand through experience. Compare this to Yukako, who only has psychotic episodes fueled out of love (although, she's still crazy, I'm not justifying it), and she's capable of reflecting upon herself and her attitude.

Except Yukako wasn't necessarily evil, just obsessed, and she admired Koichi truly after he saved her life despite her actions. Koichi is also a naturally forgiving person, and earnestly just wants people to get along, which aided in their shared experience with Cinderella's abilities. Midler is a career criminal, so who knows how many people she's murdered or assassinated. Jotaro is also much less forgiving than Koichi, and much like Joseph, he's not about to get together with someone who tried to kill him directly. Besides, she loves DIO much more than Jotaro, and Jotaro's type isn't someone like Midler.
