Everyone wanted their hair permed and on the tail of that style we wanted big hair. At least the girls did. I guess the guys just out grew it. So many men got perms in the late 70s. Looking back now it wasnt a good style for guys. Unless it was naturally curly. Even then. The feathered hair was the best style and still looks good. Jaclyn Smith always had gorgeous hair as well.

It was her persona. She had major charm and sex appeal not just looks. It was the hype, it was how she spoke, how she moved, her aura. Looking back people wonder what was so special but she really radiated a magical appeal. She had an energy that bubbled, that you wanted to keep feeding on. Jaclyn Smith was a better looking woman but she didn't have the same ease that Farrah did. With Farrah everyone thought they could be her friend. You didn't get that feeling with any other other Star.
