Funny thing about the part 5 kicking meme: way before I discovered jojo, I watched sonic paradox's sonic shorts, and around collab number 6, one of the segments was sonic, tails, and knuckles kicking eggman and with "because we're sonic heroes!" And years later seeing the meme today, I keep asking myself did the animator knew about the manga panel or was it just a coincidence? Ether way, that shit still funny to me.

Funny enough for a while I didn't realize gay Pucci was a meme. I heard "Araki said in an interview" that Dio was bi but didn't feel love like we would. Paired with the panel of them reading together shirtless in bed I thought he was actually gay until somebody told me otherwise. The line "I love Dio like I love god" makes it pretty clear. Now that I know its a meme it's still pretty funny so B. I totally forgot about the strip search and... Part 6 opening (to not get this comment removed). It's pretty funny but I'd say C. I wouldn't classify the soda as a meme it's just a common joke throughout anime. Giorno "healing" Mista is another possible inclusion but let's keep it under Jojo gay to save face. It's a funny scene but the memes around it all tie into the Jojo is gay punchline. And man do I hate Netflix right now. They gave us the worst of both worlds by rushing the first batch then making us wait a year for the second. The batches are also bad for meme creation as we don't focus on a new episode each week so we've definitely lost some potential memes. I give Netflix an F.

Fugo was originally supposed to betray team Bucciarati after his initial departure, with Giorno stepping in as the person to defeat him because he's the only one immune to the effects of his stand. Araki scrapped the idea because he was going through a depressive episode at the time and felt it would be too much for him or any readers going through something similar. The story behind why Fugo never returned beyond showing up in passing after Narancia's death is honestly a lot more interesting than the meme it spawned itself.

Purple Haze Feedback (not canon but art by Araki) has him trying to gain Giorno's trust back by going on a mission.
