Honestly the most incredible thing about this make up is the wizardry she used to fix that wig. In the starting preview of the video I legitimately had no idea he was wearing a wig, I just assumed the guy dyed and greased his hair.

Haha, thank you!! I really enjoy creating a new head of hair with naff wigs. I also did it for these looks which you might find interesting: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJDcpZ6insuBprs kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWG3kHqkj96HbLc kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4XJqGWne8utfLs

Late to comment but love to compliment your work! The White Walker is still my #1 but this is close! Loved this movie, it was a bit dark but the performance's were so well done. Joaquin Phoenix is epic in this story! Also, I could see this being recreated by many! Billy has joyful expressions!
@ShonaghScott4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Kate!! ♥️ Yeah I personally decided not to watch it after hearing how dark it is. Things like that don’t sit well with me, lol! But I hear he is amazing in it! Billy really wanted me to do it and I enjoyed creating it! And yes, I still love the White Walker too!!

I actually had to Google "Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker" because I never saw the film. Well done, Shonagh! Another winner. Now that Halloween is over, I'm looking forward to seeing what you have for us next.
@ShonaghScott4 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s the newer one, I’ve not watched it myself as it’s a bit deep apparently, so I’ve decided to give that one a miss. But loved the makeup from it! Yes, normality resumes :)
@sandyrice35594 жыл бұрын
@@ShonaghScott, the resuming of my "normal" has a big change since yesterday...... I have a brand new granddaughter! She was born early yesterday morning (Halloween). That's why I was so late in watching this video, LOL!

THUMBS UP for the video….in the future just try to use the green wig like in this video. To save a LOT time use thinning hair shears to thin the wig out a little from the length (the tracks won’t show if you use a dark wig cap, (instead of a light colored bald cap), also the model had enough hair for you to use at least an inch of his hairline to blend into the hard front wig…I sure hope that you got paid for all of the extra work with cutting tracks, bald cap, and glueing strips of hair to make a hairline. Thanks for posting.

How do I keep my white and red from turning PINK? (Pennywise?)
@ShonaghScott2 жыл бұрын
If you’re using cream, use paint over the top where the seams of the colours meet.
@nfirkins80gmail2 жыл бұрын
@@ShonaghScott yeah it’s the Mehron Clown white, any recommendations?
@ShonaghScott2 жыл бұрын
Add paint at the seams to prevent the cream mixing. I use both mediums to get the best payoff.
@nfirkins80gmail2 жыл бұрын
@@ShonaghScott I don’t understand this. Sorry for all the questions, you do amazing work. Thanks for trying to help
@ShonaghScott2 жыл бұрын
@@nfirkins80gmail so I would layer the cream down as a base, leaving a tiny boarder between the White and Pink cream, so it’s just skin. Then go in with Red and White paints to fill in the boarder. Paints won’t bleed in one another unlike Creams.
