Love your channel! It may be, however, that classicists, mythologists, and historians have misunderstood what the ancients were celebrating and remembering from prehistoric times! I enjoy Saturnilia, although the dates have been organized by a local comitte called the festive committee of the cologne carnival in 1823. We still have women come around and cut off the ties of men trying to work during these days and also a bonfire marks the last day where the chruch comes in and tries to stamp out all the pagan activity but we deceive the church and burn an effigee.
