I'm a protestant (evangelical) and we don't talk about this. So, in realizing me calling for celibacy, I've been reaching out to learn from other Christian traditions. Thanks for sharing this.

This Sister is the sweetest. You can tell she cares and is truly interested in everything she asks. She’s just so adorable!

This is something that I am currently discerning alongside the urge to become a Sister. I'm not sure which path I'm going through yet.

Dawn, I accidentally discovered you surfing the internet. Well, actually the Holy Spirit led me to your podcast. I'm a happily married man with grown up children. My point is that I learn so much from you, and I thank you for that.

Suggestion: Sister please be quiet when the young woman is talking. Your “mmm-hmmm” “yeaaah” “ok” “yes” is SO DISTRACTING. I can’t hear the young lady talk.

Well, I'll tell you. I was going to be a Presbyterian Minister. I've been studying your Rosary. Here is what I learned. 1,000,000,000 Catholics say the Rosary once a week, that's 50 Hail Mary's times all of the above, for about at least, 500,000,000 x 52 weeks a year, times let's say, 100 years, is conservatively, 250,000,000,000,000(at least-the fewest count possible for the entire world population of Catholics over 100 years). Any Results? A big bunch of results??? In the Last 100 years, have any of these prayers ever said, Hail Jesus, Full of Grace, wonderous Son of Our Loving God, who is the source of all of our power, and our life, through whom all our Blessing flow? On any given day? 1 - 2 - 5 - 100, ??????? Over the last 100 years, the average praise that goes to Mary, who He left at age 9 or 10 to teach and preach, becomes 1: 250,000,000,000. I don't care how close we are to the rapture of the Church. Start over at square 1. All prayers, Start with, "Hail Jesus," until the praise count, goes to God's Son of Man and God's Glory in heaven, instead of to some woman that gave Him Birth; and the tally is reversed into 250,000,000,000,000 Hail Jesus', to 1 Hail Mary'.

WWJS about you begrudging adoration of his Mother? Why would you conclude the Rosary, used to meditate specifically on EVERYTHING Jesus, would do anything but please him? It seems a cynical and bitter interpretation of the purpose of the Rosary, which brings all that employ it closer to HIM. One form of contemplation doesn't cancel out others.

interesting take, but you know very little about which you speak. Keep quiet and pay attention to those who are smarter than you on this topic.

@@ede-jomadden8182 ☺️😄😆😂🤣🤣😅😗. I'm back from the dead the times with big bolts of thunder and lightening to stop them from killing me one of those times. I'm famous but can't talk about it. Jesus made me irresistibly sweet to women that I want to have sex with and the sweet went off on a cute nun I was after. She had to run before the sweet over powered her. I'm a nice man. Women, don't like and don't want, a N I C E man. They want either a pirate, a vampire, a werewolf, a billionaire, or a surgeon. And, I know where mice come from, and how humans seem to turn into them after the action stops, and the cart is now 150x bigger than the werewolf. Surprise.🤫🥸

Have you read the Bible? The Ángel Gabriel in Luke 1 greets her this way…every decade there is an Our Father, which Jesus taught how to pray.

The Hail Mary is scriptural. And yes, we have seen big results (look up the Battle of Lepanto), and we will see even more results at the Final Judgement when all is revealed.
