This video was before I was born, but I grew up on the Judds and love them so much. Wynonna is still one of my favorites when it comes to country music!

I love it my 2 year old son come flying into the computer room because he hears the Judds and he looks at my computer screen and says that is not Wynonna. I just about died laughing.

On this day in 1985 {December 14th} the Judds were a guest on the syndicated television program, 'Solid Gold'... At the time their "Have Mercy"" was at position #4 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles chart, two weeks later it would peak at #1 {for 2 weeks}... "Have Mercy" was the fifth in a string of eight straight #1 records by the duo on the Hot Country Singles chart... "Have Mercy" reached #2 on the Canadian RPM Country Singles chart... Between 1983 and 2000 the Ashland, Kentucky duo had twenty-four records on the Hot Country Singles chart, twenty made the Top 10 with fourteen* reaching the #1 position... * They just missed having a fifteen #1 record when their "Give A Little Love" peaked at #2 {for 2 weeks} on August 21st, 1988, the two records that kept it out of the top spot were "The Wanderer" by Eddie Rabbit and "I Couldn't Leave You If I Tried" by Rodney Crowell...

I think the top-rated comment on every country video I watch is about how THIS is "real." I bet videos by Kitty Wells or Patsy Cline say the same thing in reference to The Judds.
