It’s the best burger I’ve ever eaten! We have Peter Luger’s steakhouse burger and some others here in NY that make the top of the list , but I’ve had multiple friends echo my statement above after sitting down to an L&L burger. Pumped for the video to see how it’s made, thanks.

Evan, gotta try and make beet chips! They go amazing with burgers. Red beet chips with garlicky sour cream/mayo dip. Absolutely addictive!! All the best with the restaurant.🎉🎉🎉

What temperature do y'all hold your burgers? We made it down to the truck for Spring Break and I'm still dreaming about everything y'all served up! 11/10, would recommend.

I’ve been 100% smash burger making man for last 4 years or so. Think this would be a fitting departure from my norm. Looks fantastic!

Ground up bunch of trimmings. Making these Sunday. Do you think the hold has any positive effect on the final outcome? I could throw them in the alto for a couple hrs if it helps. CANT WAIT!

Maybe a 10-15 min hold/rest would be good, but I think these are best when fresh. Holding is specifically for large scale ops and service.

I had to back up and double check that you are the first person I have heard on KZbin say caramelize correctly. Everyone else says Carmelize
