The Junkyard Vlog gets Weird | Honda Scores & More

You guys requested it! So here we are with another WEIRD Junkyard Vlog! I set no expectation for this video, but ended up scoring a couple good parts and meeting a friend along the way. I call it the junkyard vibes, and it never ceases to amaze me. Enjoy!
Is a Junkyard the most magical place on earth? I think so! Unlike other filmed runs, I wasn't looking for anything specific, and to my surprise, I ended up picking a somewhat uncommon CRV 5 Speed Cluster. We also get a look at a couple interesting throwback cars along with some of the weirder stuff in those cars. Typically I'm on the hunt for Honda parts, Dodge ram parts, or really anything that I know has more value than what they charge. It's a good way to make side money, or stash away parts for a rainy day (literally).
Interestingly enough. I've never been approached at a Junkyard while filming but today must have been my lucky day. My new friend had an interesting question, but I hope I pointed him in a less-janky direction. Overall, I would say this is one of my favorite filmed runs yet, and hopefully you all dig it too! For anyone wondering, I payed $30 bucks for the cluster and got the ash tray and datsun manual for free. Helps to be a regular! As an update, the Techron Complete Fuel Cleaner sorted out my rough idle and the truck feels MUCH healthier. It's definitely changed my perspective of fuel additives for the future.

I have a 2002 Accord, and I also love going to junkyards. Most of the time, I'm simply looking for OEM parts that aren't broken to replace on my car. And yes, I get super excited too when I find what I'm looking for.

About minivan: it's most common practice to repair cars after heavy impacts. They just cut a part of the car that is in any way affected (bent, damaged) on original car and weld on exactly same shaped part from a donor car. Super easy if cars are the same color and easy to match if it's a popular model. Cheap and effective.

I love those Celicas, fun to drive, great gas mileage, reminds me of a civic but with the civic being a bit more comfortable than the Celica is more of a sporty drive

Its so weird seeing the junkyards that i go to all the time on youtube thats pretty cool your super lucky though having cars that are easier to find because i literally cant find a single part for my is300 at any junkyard around here it sucks im hoping to find more ppl like you in the area to hang out with that like the same stuff that i do its defiantly not easy now a days to find other car people.

I've always went with basic socket and wrench sets, screw drivers, some pry tools, hex keys and torx, couple hammers, just kinda depends on what your intending on getting

Idle air control valve gunks up on those, easy fix, my brothers 00 ram just had an idling problem that went away after replacement

about the 7th gen celica you told you like, your are talking about the TRD action package, wich is kinda rare. and on the pricepoint, they are getting more and more expensive. q decent gts with the 2zzge engine can sell for over 7 grands here in quebec, and lately, a 2001 gt, wich are know for their oil consumption problem, sold for near 9k. things are going crazy.
