Pre-order Jen’s New Book: Bigger, Better, Bolder today!: amzn.to/3AoEI7t
Simon Sinek is a Renowned Speaker, Optimist, and Author. After accumulating hundreds of millions of views in his ever-popular talks circulating online through TEDTalks and other sources on Millennials in the workforce and optimism in business and the economy, Simon seems the go-to for a positive dose of outlook when everyone just wants to point fingers and dunk on each other. It's not about entitlement, not about people not wanting to work, or pervasive laziness. He approaches with the question "Why?" Why are things as they are? What has led to these outcomes? How is it affecting the individuals? All this is for a much more optimistic, empathetic view of how and why we work. If you're looking for a new and fresh approach to the concepts you've heard over and over again you've got to hear what Simon has to say! It's not about blame, but it is about solutions, and it's a riveting conversation! Check it out!

This gentlemen can give no answer when he gets interrupted with a long pause and just goes back to the sentence he was interrupted in. Amazing control and pacing and no script. He does not get wrapped up in attempts to get him to talk about others. There is so much to learn from him and people like him.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 291 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Simon has a great mind. I heard of him today when I say him on a video. Suddenly, he popped up here. I had to share the video with others because he has a brilliant mind. I resonated with him on a lot of points, especially "Honor." Honor does include integrity, straightforwardness, and empathy..etc. I have to find him to follow him and I am going to purchase his books.

I seriously hate motivational speakers like Anthony Robbins! That is a cult conmen selling his overpriced courses and making people jump up and jump, making they 'think' truly 'feel' motivated using peer & environment pressure. They used hard selling technique to make you sign their courses! Many of my friends sign up 'willingly' after the 'Why don't you feel motivated? Don't you want to change your life? This is only for those who want a change in their lives! This is not costly to think of how this is going to change you forever"! How many of those who fire walked become successful or had happier lives later? Most were like junkie addicts who needs another dose of 'motivation' when life hits them in the face again and again! Great to listen to Simon who sold none of those 'motivation' drugs! Thanks!

My Goodness, in Jewish class, I remember when everyone spoke about G-d not protecting us. I allowed everyone to speak, and I spoke and showed them how G-d protected us. You see, G-d never promised to protect all Jews. He promised Israel will never be wiped off the face of the earth. I explained that to them. Suddenly, our instructor, Mr. Choen said to me, "You have a gift," and he began to expand on it by saying, "They tried to kill us.... but we survived. I didn't realize waiting last to speak was a good trait, but somehow, I felt the need to speak last.

Please train the audio producer better. Employ better use of a compressor not an audio gate with slow release, it made the dialogue a bit aggravating. Also the interviewer seemed to just want click-bait worthy answers like just wanting to know his routine of how he wakes up and what he does every day because that’s what listeners want. She would cut him off his long purposeful answers and feel him back to just the things she wants to get out of him to make the podcast more appealing. I get it but it made me feel that she’s on the camp of people that would say to him “what companies” as opposed to “inspire?”

Oops. That question "Do people recognize you at airplanes" right after how he described how the people divide themselves up in two groups, gives such an awkward feeling. Really? THIS is your next question? It does not fit the interviewee. It fits the woman, who's interviewing. Guess she laid bare a core need of herself there. The question she formulates after, mixing in her own success, affirms that. She's in desperate need of listening to him and learning from him, but she's preoccupied with herself. She still has a very long way to go. Popularity is not the same as value!

I am surprised on the "Work from home" statements...I fully support them, however there are many many too many organizations and fields in which it is not totally fine not showing up, sending an email in the morning, I am working from home...in which field are you and are you even "allowed" to work from home? I am in engineering mostly Oil and gas...totally not fine by company and "leaders"

You don't understand Maslow at all Simon's self--actualisation just you realised who you are as a person, mean if you are a giver or if you are a selfish person at some point you realise who you are. You Simon are more preaching on helping others but do you practice what you preach. I speak to people all the time that is not a problem.

On one hand I agree with what Simon is saying but on the other hand is life really supposed to be that tough? I think we need to factor in our biology into this equation and look at the bigger picture first. Maybe I am just making excuses but from my experience there are some people who adapt well to society and then there are those who don't. Humans are living in a governed experiment and we never got a taste of living wild within a community so you have your authentic identity in tact and human connection as well. I just think people dismiss the rebellion of growing up and being stable in society to easily maybe there is something wrong by the way we civil humans are living especially in the west.
