Through her own personal story Nadia inspires and encourages the audience to courageously define and follow their own path and thus unlocking the key to their full potential. Nadia Damaso is twenty-two years old and a 2x No.1 bestselling author. After her big success with „Eat Better Not Less“, she quickly realizes that what she does is not only a diet, it’s a whole lifestyle. A lifestyle that its not only about food, but about connection and bringing people together. In her second cookbook she goes on a culinary journey around the globe and shares stunning photos, short stories and personal experiences about her travels. With her boundless creativity and sense for new taste combinations, Nadia created & photographed over 100 new recipes for her last book and proves once again how delicious and varied healthy food can be. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Reminded me of my inner child🥺 I loved styling, drawing, writing stories, making small objects with my hands, making videos of literally everything even when it was way back in 2009😂

Nadia! You are pure love. Every single word you say is gold. I literally cried when you said “comparing yourself to others is like massaging your soul with toxic.” Very profound. You are such an inspiration to me, and so many other I’m sure. Thank you for sharing your journey. I look forward to see where this life will take you with your pure passion. Love you! ❤️

This is one of the best speeches I’ve heard and also the most powerful! This video truly shows how your potential is unlocked and why it is so very important to do so. It’s almost as if this is one of those life-changing videos :)

"as long as you're passionate about it, as long as you have the trust, the motivation the dedication the focus to really do it, that's all you need", seriously?? that's a way too ideal, though her speech is nice
