14:00 Such a great point about regen braking that gets lost in many other EV reviews. The fact that you take a load off the brake discs is far more important than whatever energy you recuperate. The discs are saved for emergency stops, won't succumb (easily) to fade on mountain downhills, and the pads & rotors won't need expensive $$service as much. Plus, regen braking is so smooth without any warpage. Love the combo on the seats, too: Vinyl bolsters with Alcantara inserts for grip & breathability.

I think you missed that the rear seats DO have HVAC vents - they're in the B pillars!! Same location as in the Ioniq 5. They're not in the center console like we're used to. I think it's actually a better location - the outward passengers get body-level heating and cooling, instead of trying to aim it upwards from their shins.

It is also a result of that cantilevered centre console. The air ducts can't run through the console like they do in most cars, and they can't run under the floor as there is battery there.

I really enjoyed the perspective you gave this review from and personal insight. It is apparent you are very familiar with the vehicle. This review shows a lot from the drivers perspective that others do not.

8:18 GOOD POINT! This is something almost no one talks about. The back seat feels breaking forces more than the front seats (for a number of reasons that are not important), and having ridden in the back of EV’s with drivers that are not used to regenerative breaking, I have almost tossed my cookies. 🤣

7:12 As she’s saying there’s no climate in the back, the vent is almost dead center in the shot. It’s on the B-pillar, and runs verticals, which makes air delivery WAY better than most cars in the back seat.

Great review thanks. Never seen the graphics tiles re-positioning feature mentioned or demonstrated before- thank you for that unique insight. I understand there’s a sixth USB socket in the glove box compartment.

Other channels: what is this space for under the console? To roll something from the driver to the passenger?? This channel: Hand bags... It's for hand bags Always appreciate Korean engineers for thinking about all the genders that could be driving this car

Where can I find the privacy shade for the back storage? Took delivery of my first edition Glacier White this week. GORGEOUS! Paid MSRP, no additional mark up at Archer in Houston, TX.

@floyd watt Yes definitely not what we are used to, but European drivers report not missing it. It'll be an interesting experiment.

We stand corrected. There are! They are on the pillars between the front and rear doors, small and not easy to spot, but valuable to have.
