Yep. I'm not a hater on Marr preforming the Smiths catalog as he has every right. I also don't wish they would have a reunion and I know Marr and Morrissey will never be in the same room again. I just think reproducing the original with out adding anything only highlights whats missing even more. The depth of vocal was flat and tbh and if you listen to any version of this song Morrissey preforms with his band the music composition is more detailed as well. Brandon Flowers has a unique vocal style and instead of poorly imitating Moz he could have made it his own. Marr also barely plays the rift like show me something more since you wrote it in 1984, progress.
