I have learnt the value in being calm and consciously aware of my emotions, and myself as a whole. My key takeaway is still on conscious awareness because I want to live my life being aware of the choices I make and not being at the mercy or influence of my surroundings...I am so glad you made this video, I am currently listening to a book called Reality Transurfing and everything you talk about in this video about who a high value woman is, is in the book and I began practicing everything you have mentioned last week when I started reading the book, and listening to this video confirms that I am on the right track. If one subscribes to a monthly black swan nation pass, is there any period or window to cancel the plan to get refund or return? This is because one may need 2-3 days to even understand what kind of content is there and if the person needs or feels ready for that content. So is there any trial period for monthly pass
