I have this "DVD" (it's a download actually) in a multi-author King's Indian Bundle for 50 USD. It's both very clear and elaborate. The only complaint I could have is that I liked to see a few more middle game motifs (long term goals). A conclusion such as "Black has no problems here" isn't very helpful for the club player. Other than that, if you're into KID then this 10 bucks is a best buy.

you can still answer the early d5 push with an immediate ..Na6-Nc5, gaining time by hitting e4 so you can play ..a5 and cement the knight on c5. Cheers!

very nice. it helped me so much :) i will search on your channel the c5 variation insted of e5. Ty again

true - however this Bd3 line also gives black a very attractive option to play ..Bg4 in many variations

Very helpful video, I have just a question in the first line with the take in e5 and the queens exchange: what if white plays Bf3 before Bg5 hindering Rxe2 ? Is f5 correct ? or may be better Kg7 and later c6 to protect b7 ?
@ChesscomGames9 жыл бұрын
harparkrat1 If Bf3? White loses a piece after Nxc3
@harparkrat19 жыл бұрын
OnlineChessLessons.NET There is no knght on c3.I mean after 7 0-0 e5 8 dxe5 dxe5 9 Qxd8 Rxd8 10 Nxe5 Nxe4 11 Nxe4 Bxe5 12 Bf3. What is better now Kg7 or f5 ?
@harparkrat19 жыл бұрын
harparkrat1 Now Bg5 is a real threat because there is no bishop in e2 and Re8 does not work. Additionally black LS bishop is linked to defend b7.
@ChesscomGames9 жыл бұрын
harparkrat1 ah ok, Three possible moves. ...,f6 ...,Kg7 and ...,Re8. Kg7 seems the more solid. But ...,Re8 seems also ok, because avoids white to develop his bishop.
