I know all of us want the Knicks to win. I was never onboard with the idea of getting vets and sneaking into the playoffs. There are different ways to go about getting good but I will always want the current Cavs path. Hit some draft picks and go from there. Home grown young guys that develop. I think we have a good group of young guys right now. A few more good draft picks and some time to develop we may actually have something worth watching. Julius, Evan, Kemba, Noel, Burks etc etc are not the answer when they block development.

Thibs offense is trash. No motion, no cutting, no slashing. Its not a modern offense. Even if we had CP3 or Jon Stockton, this offense would still be stagnant and old.

The problem with this team this off season, management tried to assemble the east coast warriors type team, surround Randle with Shooters, with Randle playing some sort of Draymond Green like role, Kemba is a shell of what he was, and Fournier has been severely inconsistent. In 20 games this season, they've seen the lack of PG play, however trading for Reddish was a good look, I can see him being a progressive look on both offense and defense, trade Fournier and one of these young players for a short term PG cause next season McBride and possibly Quickley will be better....

Add Kemba and either Mitch or Noel to that group for me! Get rid of all 5 of them and get me a strong guard like Anfernee Sims, Murray or Fox and either Sabonis, Turner or even Simmons. Play Jericho Sims, Cam and McBride more. I would play new PG, RJ, Cam, (Sabonis or Simmons) and Turner then McBride, Grimes, Sims, Obi then either IQ or Semanic from the G league. DRose gets minutes when he returns

the right thing would be is to trade randle for a point guard cuz obi can take his spot he will be more efficient around the basket than randle. you got 5 draft picks in the next 2 seasons it can be turned around if they reset the roster. you have a group of young guys so signing evan kemba burks and noel was a waste. randle walker burks and noel can be moved to save money and get a better point guard. barrett reddish toppin mitch should be consider as the starting unit going forward so having unnecessary pieces is a waste !!!!

What the Knicks gained in young talent, they lost in tough vocal dogs. Morris and Portis were huge losses. Knicks need a vocal veteran presence, Taj, Rose, Kemba are more lead by example and are too injury prone to play with the intensity of a Draymond, Jae Crowder, Rondo. Guys like that would not put up with Randle body language. Guys like that being out the best in Fournier.

I've been calling for Halliburton since before the draft. The Knicks over thought the situation, he was right there. Why are we chasing Fox? Halliburton is a better shooter (TOP THREE 3 PT SHOOTING %), better passer, better rebounder, better defender.
