You are not serious for advocating people to wake up at 4am in the morning. Unrealistic standard

Thank you for commenting @samueltogun. This routine is one that helped Kobe get to the level he got to and essentially outwork his competitors whilst providing enough balance to spend time with his family. This most definitely will not be a fit for everyone. For some a 6am routine may work better. There will not be a one size fits all. Some may even prefer a later start to the day and work into the night…

@@KaizenRebelLife these people like Kobe ,Dwayne put burden on people boosting they work harder than everybody in the world. Remember Kobe came from a rich family, his father was a former basketball player. People like him never hustle in their life. The reason why i commented is because sleep is the most essential gift for our body. Without good sleep which is a minimum of 9 hrs a day it decrease longevity, makes someone age rapidly, decrease testosterone to abnormally low level, affect mental health, increase chronic disease and different health problem. Sleep is extremely or even the most important to maximum health performance.those celebrities are liars, they love to boast that they are better hustlers and hard workers than everybody in the world but they never lift a finger. Stay safe brother.

I see where you’re coming from. And I totally agree that you need 7-8 hours sleep every night else you’ll burn yourself out. Just to be clear - if you’re waking up at 4am, 5am or 6am then you have to balance this with going to sleep earlier to ensure you’re getting the sleep that your body needs. Training without recovery and rest is a big mistake! So I think we are in total agreement.

All great thought about self improvement. Don't see anything about how this "Great family man's" huge efforts at "personal self-improvement" did anything good vis-a-vis his screwing over his own mom who was living in near poverty conditions ???

@davidwright thank you for commenting. So, we can learn something from everyone. That doesn’t mean they are perfect in every aspect of their life. Far from it… someone can have a great career and life but neglect their family or health for example. We can learn the 4am routine from Kobe and how it can help us to improve aspects in our life. However, there will be other aspects that perhaps they need to learn from others. Everyone has their own journey towards improving themselves… even the rich and famous . Personally, looking after the family that brings you up is very important and perhaps there will be a video on that too - Look after the people that supported you on your way up!
