Thank you for your comment and it is really important to me that I honour the roots of yoga. I'm a white person practising yoga in the West and I recognise that is a privilege so the least I can do is demonstrate that yoga is an ancient practice and so much more than a yoga class. 🙏

and also i would suggest you to use sanskrit terms to concepts that are originated in that language cause while translating this knowledge to english many concepts get distorted in india we realise that how much bad impact a distorted knowledge can cause 😅
