May be!! But when the twins told him he had to take the rap for the Mitchell murder (which they wasn't prosecuted for in the end) and as a man in his early 30's at that time with a young family, I guess the thought of a life sentence, whilst his bosses walked wasn't an option in his mind especially for a crime he didn't commit. I'm not saying I agree with him or not personally, but in reality how many men would spend 15 of their prime years locked away missing out on their children growing up? I believe the Lambrianou brothers both regretted it. I'm not being pro Albert anti Kray here, tbh I've been interested in the Krays story since I was a kid in the Whitechapel, Bethnal Green areas, just with time and hindsight it couldn't have been a very good position to have found himself in
