what a song from csr i love the concept change and girls handle it,for some reason,it reminded me of Gfriend's Fingertip era.I hope CSR continues with this concept,and this song one of my top 5 of this year for sure.Thank for reaction PD'nim.

i think they are doing different things on their individual shots because of the album. They released it also to celebrate csr members turning 19 this year so they all do something individually, and just like the album title "L'Heure Bleue" means the blue hour and as we can see also in every ending of their video/songs it has a logo with blue background and it also says that L'Heure Bleue or Blue Hour is special because of the quality of the light. So maybe it's a bit hard to understand but when you realize that it's an album to celebrate being 19 this year and also their first album in 2024.

nice breakdown of the MV/song... as per what u mentioned, i was also surprised by how a hiphop-ish song matches so well with a MV that barely shows any choreo... it almost felt like what u said, a confession but also like a peek into their feelings. also you may have missed Shining Bright which was their previous comeback, if you have not heard it, do check it out on your own...

Never heard of this group until a few months ago when 4 of the members were on the survival show Chuang Asia earlier this year. Duna really impressed me in the later episodes. If you get the itch to watch another survival show, I highly recommend Chuang Asia 2024. Some of the highlights as far as trainees go are: Ikema Ruan from GP999, Wang Ke from PD48, about half of the Thai group MINDY, the CSR girls, Akina, from Jpop group FAKY, Jackson Wang as Lead Mentor/MC, and Ten as a mentor. It featured girls from 11 different countries including the US and India, and took place in Thailand due to the PRC's crackdown on survival shows.

To me the lyrics kind of give me the same vibes from "Dalla dalla" by Itzy. Like the tomboy part makes me think of the "not fitting to the society expectations" theme. Also I guess the title could be like comparing people to a pretty sea and so all the oceans terms mean people ? It's still kind of confusing

Thanks for reacting to CSR! I'd love it if you could also react to Shining Bright. Then after that please react to UNIS debut MV Superwoman and their album WE UNIS if possible. Coz the songs are very diverse from each other and the single doesn't do it justice. UNIS afaik is the only 5th Gen with a 3rd Gen Gfriend-like song. I love them both.

The vocals and music are really pretty and catchy, the girls look great, the dance is pleasant to watch, and the music video is interesting, but I agree the lyrics are a bit awkward and kinda ruin the vibe. Like there’s an expected bit of silly Engrish and then there’s questioning if the whole thing was written by AI or shuffled through google translate 50 times then let out into the wild. As an English speaker that gift box line throws me off harder than the tomboy one, especially with the dance fitting the ocean/wave theme. There’s so many beachy things that could be picked up to make more thematic sense. The tomboy line could be replaced with something like “so jump in with me” or “so dive into me” and still keep the rhyme scheme/flow.

I was kinda disappointed ngl. The song is good, but coming from such a beautiful group, I expected something brighter, colorful, happy, etc.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. 😢 CSR has already established such a great placement in kpop. While CSR doesn’t come from a HUGE company, their other comebacks and albums made a pretty good wave in Korea. It’s disappointing the company may have messed up the “Christian Horse Girl” music trend they had going (which was the whole reason they blew up pretty well in Korea).
