NBA franchises are vastly overvalued in particular the Warriors. The two most important assets are real estate and the “real” not perceive competitiveness. San Fran is an s-hole with business leaving in droves due to extreme woke governance. NBA teams are not significantly better head to head against top Euro League teams with players salaries at 1/10, playing real ball like NCAA, YMCA or FIBA rules with no superstar calls. If you want the NBA to experience a correction, root for France or Serbia to win in the Olympics. Foreign players are keeping entitled American ballers in check. Go Canada !
