The issue is how many INCOMPETENT coaches there are in professional sports especially bball & football. Too many “Friends” being hired over ability. The coaching pool is full of pis….Vogel hasn’t lasted Long ANYWHERE he’s coached. But the Lakers are the only ones criticized for firing him. Hamm is good coach just not for LA. Hamm & Monte Williams should switch positions. Hamm would be much better for Detroit. Monte is better for veterans

No Fame James: If James wasn't on the team, anyone would want that job because the roster would be solid and you would have Anthony Davis and all you'd have to do is build as they have been able to do during the Rob Pelinka era .... All the Lakers need are guys who can take care of the boards, rebound consistently, and two guys who do the 'dirty work' and a guy that can consistently get to the line at the small forward or wing positions...you get guys like that you'll be successful.... As far as James on the team is concerned, if I were the Lakers, I'd let him go even if we'd have two or three down seasons, it's not worth it -- you are already a 7th seed and first round exit team at best, might as well do it your way and be great in the long run.

Everything every franchise he is apart of does everything to accommodate HIM, so that means his 21 year career is ALL his own doing. Lakers could of kept that 2020 bubble ring team intact but it was LeBron that broke that team up.
