19:05 -- at this point he accelerates for about 5-6 seconds. Best I can tell, assuming roughly a 25-40 MPH starting speed, looking at like 85-90 MPH. Now, in the US, that would be speeding on any road, but there are plenty of stretches of highway where traffic moves that fast and cops rarely hassle you -- but any where you can cruise at < 40 MPH for a while while you film yourself *and* also hit those sorts of speeds?

I had the pleasure of driving one of these about 10 years ago (Gotham Dream Cars). Unfortunately it was raining so more than a tiny bit of throttle caused wheel spin and a skittish rear end. Not sure why the traction control / ESP didn't help but was a beast. Also the toupee top leaked water and wind. The car overall felt brutal and intimidating like a an old-school exotic - ridiculously firm seats & ride, heavy steering, limited seat adjustment, odd driving position, brutal sound & power.

Doug should have mentioned that the roof can be folded in the boot together with decent luggage (two suitcases and one suit bag) (absent after market stereo filling the boot space as with Doug's demonstrator), unlike in the case of Aventador Roasters which roof parts take all the (tiny) boot space. This makes it possible to travel topless to one's weekend destination, which is quite cool. If one can't, top down driving is limited to hotel / restaurant / beach trips back and forth, i.e. usually at slow speeds - much less fun. The car has a lifting system, which is quite handy - speed bumps or parking access are never a worry. One other surprising, much less convenient feature, is that to access the battery if you need to change it, you must take out the left rear wheel... Finally, taking out or putting back the roof is a one man operation, but takes, when one is lucky, 5 minutes. Usually around 10.
