Thank you, Laura. Great video. What's the yogi's name whose image you used at 12:20? I used to follow that guy way back in the day and forgot all about him! Would love to see what he's up to these days but I can't recall (/find) his channel. Thanks.

I found him: Neil Keleher (for anyone else interested, he is a great teacher with a long history of practice and gathered wisdom).

Hi Laura, Thank you so much. What is the other 20 hours /30 hours contents?
@LauraGYoga4 жыл бұрын
The next 10 hours covers muscles, movement physiology, fascia & soft tissue, then the final 10 hour segment talks about the remaining body systems (nervous system, lymphatic system...) & how they interact with yoga. It will be a few months before i have that all converted to video lectures, but it is in the works!

It's amazing how the universe works, I was thinking about you today and I was wondering if you ever finished the book you were writing about therapy on the wall... Can't really remember the topic very well but I remember something to that effect, your videos were a great help during my training last year, am very grateful for it, thank you very much, you are very good and your lessons are really great and easy to follow, you have a gift and if you did finish the book I will love to buy a copy,, please let me know how. Thank you so much. Namaste

How does one access or buy Your 10 hour online course? And how does it work?
@LauraGYoga4 жыл бұрын
it is on Udemy.com- there is a link to get access in the show notes. You can take the course online at your pace. It consists of videos where I present information along with the PDF of the presentation for you to review. There are practice videos where we try out the concepts that you learned in the prior lectures. I have had really great feedback from it so far & I am working on the next section now
