Todd, Neenee and Mina, there is no doubt that your channel is the hottest channal on KZbin! You give us amazing roads with fabulous views, you meet wonderful people on the way, donate gifts to those in need, putting smiles on peoples face, and mine too, market, guest house and restaurant reviews, car wash tips etc. And if that wasn't enough, you give us dancing, plus water gymnastics! Another great vlog! God bless you all always. 😀❤🙏

Hey Todd, As always your videos are masterpieces. I want to ask a few questions , you do a lot for the Lao community, The lao markets have such an abundance of fresh vegetables, fruits , meat out there on a daily basis . They can't possibly sell it all. Do they have ample refrigeration for storage ? Do they throw away? What happens to it at the end of the day.? Do they have food banks for the poor. And what happens to the surplus clothing ? I gather that to get it to the people that truly benefit from it would require transportation. Your thoughts ? Sending you well wishes to you Neenee and Mina . Enjoying this series. 👍👍 Jim and Harriet Richmond, Va. P.S. You might have a addressed some the questions in other videos.?

Hi Todd,,beautiful little run,,gorgeous country. Mina never ceases to amaze,,constantly moving,dancing, thinking,,such a sense of humor. It's very rare to see a kid as young as Mina with such a well developed sense of humor. Invariably it happens only when the kid is highly intelligent. Those massive chunks of wood are too cool. Thanks for always highlighting those beauties for me! By the looks of the other bunny hopping little girl at the market,,our mina wasnt the only one hitting the Pepsi bottle lol . Glad this trip was good for you all. Seems like the people are more thankful than ever for the warm hats. That is one cool lady,,the knitter ,I mean. Take care guys,,❤you Mina,,Ttyl,,,Marlon

Hi Guys. The cassava you showed was a reasonable size for land that is unlikely to be fertilized. Raw roots are about $90-100 a ton at the processors, with the dried roots a bit over twice that price. However you loose, nearly half the weight in moisture, so it is mostly done to save on transport costs. The locals can use them for food but it is 90% carbohydrate, so just puts on fat, just like a donut, but not as tasty. The table slab you looked at is a standard size in these part, and we bought one (no legs, and just the raw wood) For $200 a month ago.

A lil offraod tip,if you're having a lil trouble going up the steep hills just put the Xfer case in 4 low. You don't need to lock the hubs in,unless the rear tires are spinning. You could probably get out and walk beside it as it goes up them especially when fuel injected. At 14:15,what is it,is that like a mushroom? See any Unimog's over there? Looking at all the back roads I could just sleep out in the wild and just rent a place during the wet season. So now I'm sort of thinking instead of importing my '68 Bronco if I could maybe just buy a Unimog or one of their Russian or Vietnamese trucks with or make a camper type box and be a nomad.... lol
@rider660r11 ай бұрын
Oh never mind,found out what the Cassava's are.
@NowinLao11 ай бұрын
Maaate! I didn't know what a Unimog was until this trip. Stick around.. later we stumble across one abandoned and have a look over it. Apparently in the early 2000's more than 50 were donated to Laos for UXO work, but unfortunately didn't come with a parts and maintenance deal. I'm sure if you greased the right palm you'd pick it up for a bargain 👌Other than smelling like rat shit, still looked in good nick 👍 Thanks for the tip.. that's a good one to know. Cheers 🍻

Urban dictionary says NNA (No Name Available). lol! Romanized Lao for face (ໜ້າ) is na... I see a lot of misspelled words on Lao shirts, if it has English print they seem to buy it up. Saw a road sign (in a youtubers vid) for a village in both Lao and English with an arrow to turn right and when he did 50ft away another sign with same name with arrow pointing straight and the English name was spelled different, lol! but I appreciate any help I can get and it always makes me smile! Koi wow pasa Lao khu deknoi (ຂ້ອຍເວົ້າພາສາລາວຄືເດັກນ້ອຍ) so it's all good... 🤣😎
