Ohhhh yes Food Wars is ridiculously hilarious, I'd opt for the anime not the manga. The anime captures the spectacle and experience! I enjoyed the anime but I wouldn't want to read it hahaha.

Kylie Lee Baker has become one of my favorites after her first duology. It's quite a bit darker and Japanese mythology inspired.

@Jadeyraereads definitely! It's a lot darker and there is a scene involving a cat towards the beginning that's fairly gruesome, so just a heads up if you decide to pick it up. I had a really great time with everything else in the duology though!

I didn't manage to read 4893 pages I September to make it my most pages read in a month. I did manage just over 3700 which makes it my second best most pages in a month. I am happy with that!
