I've heard a few other renditions of this, but yours remains my favorite. It has a bounce and a vigor to it that's just lovely and fun. It's somewhere between a lad having fun and a lad complaining about how it just ain't the same.

Another awesome performance; though I’m not familiar with the original, and therefore don’t know if it has the bounce and swing feel to it that Mr. Coffin’s rendition does, it feels so appropriate. If there’s another Master and Commander type movie anytime soon, the execs really need to coax Mr. Coffin over to the studio for a few scenes as that salty, experienced sailor leading the crew through a rough passage across the Atlantic. Kind of how Ed Sheehan just fit into his cameo in Game of Thrones, I feel Mr. Coffin would be equally adept.
