Our town used to have game warden nobody liked. His mailboxes were always a target. He had HD steel mailbox made. It had no chance against 1/4 stick of dynamite. 😂 Poor guy.

Hey thanks for the video. I am going to do something similar as I just had my mailbox stolen. Yep the whole thing in concrete was lifted up and carried away. I just found it so funny. So the next one is going to be steel and concreted into the ground. It should survive the apocalypse.

How’s the scratch resistance of the penetrol as a clear coat?

If door flaps down too much, it may bend metal to where door can’t reach magnets

I love picking up small projects like this between jobs. You try out any of the yes welders with ac? Wonder how well it puddles aluminum

Haven’t tried any with AC yet. Most of my work is SS or carbon

I personally prefer welding SS, so my first thought is something like, "Indestructible Sanitary Tubing Table Build", or something like that?
