Brilliant breakdown of the trailer mate. I'm super impressed with how they've managed to pull this off in all honesty, it's perfect for this type of show rather than a film that's for sure. Roll on January 15th (well the morning of the 16th here) and I'll get to watch the day before I set off to Vegas 😜

@@nickyfurmage I noticed and I think you'd be great at it. Love how you included visual elements here and there which not many reaction videos made the efforts to. You also paid attention into some details, and considering it's your first reaction video, that is something. I thought you've made many reaction videos at first until I checked that you never made any before lol.

I too am a huge fan of the games and looking forward to the series and like yourself I’m a pragmatist when it comes to adaptations. The way you’ve explained your thoughts about it is very akin to my own. The way people went off the deep end with the casting before anyone had even seen anything, the way they have nailed the aesthetics, the trailer’s composition to pull you in. So many little references you can say, I remember that. This is by far my favourite of the Reaction Video’s I’ve watched. I tell you what I did though. I slowed the entire trailer down to quarter speed so I could catch some of the quick shots and I saw more I missed on normal speed. I also saw Melanie Lynskey who has a very quick close up shot, she appears to be crying or upset. But there are other things you’ll see too. Anyway, great video. Hope you enjoy the series. 🙂

As for a extremely huge Last of Us Fan who absolutely loves both games Part 1 and 2 are totally stoked over this and can't wait for it to be released. The trailor itself is extremely promising.

I've never played the game but I loved the show. I really enjoyed following it on social media and learning more about the story as those who enjoy the game compared the two. Fab video showing your passion for the game and yeah, totally spot on observation about Frank & Bill!

I subscribed to you after listening to your intro…I whole heartedly agree. This SERIES (not just the first game) is a masterpiece. Part 2 gets way too much hate so I love hearing from someone who appreciates both in the same light. I hope this show spawns a new age of fans who appreciate the story the way us LOU gamers do.

Thanks mate, not all stories go the way we expect right! And yes, i think it's cool that non gamers and people I know, such as my wife, can enjoy this story for the 1st time, that in itself is excellent. This is the time I've made a reaction video so I appreciate the comments👍

Love that they are adding material to this world and I agree Bella will be great and if you compare Ashley to Bella they look alike so it will work so well in the series if Ashley plays Anna..love the music choices as well. I thought about it yeah John, not sure if i will or not. Im currently changing up a room for my house for an office. If i get time, i may do. I'm not sure if many people would be interested, but i enjoy getting involved in it all. The first episode was perfect i have lots of thoughts i could document.👍
