Kate, your videos always make me feel good. I've had a challenging couple of weeks. Last Thursday, I was in the emergency room with a kidney stone, then, on the Saturday after that, I burned my hand while cooking. The next morning, I woke up with a horrible sore throat and was pretty sick for several days. It's been rough but I'm on the mend now and your videos make me so happy. Thank you for what you do.

Im so glad I found you! You're like a sister, it feels so good to spend time with someone so like me. Its been a tough year, I lost my Mom 3 weeks ago so Im a bit shakey but I know Ill be OK. I've been trying, for some time now, to be a more positive person - more objective. I have issues with anxiety, and it is so frustrating when I can't figure out what is causing it. I find watching videos like yours helps. I also remind myself to list all of the things I am grateful for, not that I don't appreciate my blessings, but I need to keep reminding myself how blessed I am. I have no reason to have such feelings of anxiety. Yes, it's been a tough year. I lost my dad and my brother in law, less than a month apart, after losing my sister, the year before. Then we lost my second cousin, once removed, who has always played a loving roll in my life. And if that wasn't enough, just 2 days before Thanksgiving, we lost one of our cats, during a 3rd treatment to remove fluid from around her heart. It was too much for her and she didn't make it. And I still cry for her. She was the sweetest cat and those last few days, spent so much time on my lap being petted and comforted. So, yes, thank you for the videos, Thank you for sharing. I wish nothing but the best for you and Charlie. Merry Christmas and Best Wishes for a Happy, Healthy New Year.

I look forward to watching your videos....every single one. I sure hope you get your hard drive back! I had a similar experience and they did manage to get almost all of my files, but they were not in any order, no folders, and no names, so I had to go through every single file, look at it and recreate the file structure again. Definitely a lesson in backing up my files. I now use a Seagate hard drive backup that automatically backs up my files very quickly every time I log on. Anyway, I just loved this last video of the year. It was absolutely wonderful and magical, and I loved the music. You sound like you're in a very good place mentally and I am so happy for you. It has been a really awesome year for me. There wasn't any one single event, just a lot of really happy days strung together to make a happy year. Thanks for sharing glimpses of your life and adorable little Charlie. He looks so snug buried under all those blankets!!

I hope it all works out for your hard drive. I have a love/ hate relationship with my computer 😞 When I was a kid, and we ran out of wood for the fireplace, mom had us tightly pack down newspaper in 1/2 gallon milk cartons and we used them as logs. They burned fairly long and they were free!
